How do I place an order?
  • Select the products you would like to purchase by clicking on the Add to Basket button.
  • When you have completed your purchases, click on the Checkout link in the My Basket box (top right of the screen).
  • If this is your first purchase from The Really Green Grocer you will be asked to register so that we can capture your delivery and contact details. You only have to provide this information once. In future you can log in using your email address and password.
  • Select your delivery method. Your order can either be delivered via the SA Post Office (to collect at your nearest post office) or by a door-to-door courier service. Courier service takes one to two days to deliver once the goods are dispatched.
  • Select your payment method. You can pay by credit card, EFT or by a cash deposit. When paying by EFT or cash deposit, please send us confirmation of payment as we only dispatch orders upon proof of payment.

 

 

Are my credit card/debit card details secure?

Can I keep track of my order?

  

Please call us on 031 765 4370 or email us at sales@greengrocer.co.za with your order number, we will then reply with any delivery information we have.

 

 

Can I return my items if I am not happy with them?

  

As part of our continuing commitment to our customers, should you in any way be dissatisfied with our products or service, we pledge to give you your money back - provided the products are returned to us unopened.

 

 

How do I find out information about a product?

  

A short product description will immediately appear with the image of the product and its price. You can click on the product to view the complete description of the product you are interested in.

 

 

How do I register as a user on The Really Green Grocer website?

  

To register as a new user click on 'Login/Register' tab and enter your details in the fields provided. You must fill out all the fields  

marked with an * in order to complete the registration process.

 

 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

  

Delivery is normally within 3-10 days of placing your order, depending if the product is couriered to your door or sent via the Post Office. Whether the item is in stock or has to be sourced from the supplier may also affect delivery times.

 

 

What are your delivery costs?

 

Orders over R480 are delivered FREE of charge!

 

Cost of delivery to South African addresses depends on your choice of delivery method and the weight of your order.


Via Courier 1-2 days delivery from when order dispatched, with delivery to your designated street address. Courier deliveries are for weekdays only.

  • Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, Bloemfontein, Kimberly, Richards Bay (including surrounding areas of these centres): R40
  • Regional areas (other towns not listed above): R80

Via the Post Office Delivery to any post office in South Africa. The rate is dependent on the weight of the order:

  • 0 - 2 kg: R25
  • 2 - 5 kg: R35
  • 5 - 10kg: R45
  • Over 10kg: R55

International orders are delivered via the South African Post Office. Rates available on request.

If you decide to subscribe we will add your address to our newsletter mailing list. We will never share your details under any circumstances. We do not store your card payment details on our systems, so your security is never compromised.
